From your Account Settings page, listed under your username in the top right of nav bar, you can manage how frequently you receive messages from Jama Analyze related to your metrics. These settings will only affect you, not your entire team.

The following email settings are available to turn off. They are enabled by default.

  • Ingredient assignment notifications -- these are emails that are sent each time you are assigned to a new ingredient to report
  • Ingredient reporting reminders -- when it is time to report on ingredients assigned to you, you will receive an email with direct links to report on each one. Disabling these will also disable the reminder email for overdue ingredients.
  • Metric status reports -- as an Editor who has created and assigned ingredients, you will receive a status report at the end of each day when one of your metrics is due.
